2) Any charges levied by the above-mentioned Banking/Non-banking Institution (s) and Payment Gateways, Shall be borne by BRIGHTFUTURE.  However, BRIGHTFUTURE shall in no way be responsible for any charges whatsoever recovered from the remitting Direct Seller/Consumer,  by those Banking/Non-banking Institution (s) and Payment Gateway(s) which have remitted the amount(s) to the above-mentioned BRIGHTFUTURE Accounts.  


3) The security of the payments to the above-mentioned BRIGHTFUTURE accounts has been secured by the respective Banking/Non-banking Institution (s) and Payment Gateway(s).


4) Refund of any payment by BRIGHTFUTURE to its Direct Seller/Consumer shall be made to the source remitting account/credit card/debit card account from where the payment was initiated by such Direct seller/Consumer and under no circumstance whatsoever to any other or third party account.
